What is Cantilever Rack?

Cantilever rack is a storage system specially designed for long, circular and irregular goods. Its core structure consists of columns and cantilevers. One end of each cantilever is fixed to the column, while the other end extends outward to bear the load of goods.

To enhance stability, the rack is usually equipped with auxiliary components such as diagonal tension rods and back pull members. The height of the cantilevers can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the stored goods. Classified by load-bearing capacity, it can be divided into light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty types, with the single-arm load ranging from tens of kilograms to several tons. It can also be designed as a single-sided or double-sided structure according to site requirements.

A: Qingdao port, or arrange shipment according to your needs.

Q4: What is the raw material of your products?
A: The raw material brand of our normal temperature warehouse is carbon steel Q235b, and the cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower temperature adopts Q345D, or other types of steel can be customized according to your needs.

Q5: Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation? 
A:No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. Normally 1*20ft container order would be recommended to save cost and easy operation.

Q6: What is the packaging of the products?
A: Standard export packaging. All parts are packed with packing tape after being stacked regularly, and covered with plastic film;The steel plates of medium-sized shelves are packed in cartons and then packed with packing belts.
